Pending requests
A submitted request is not a confirmed booking and can be withdrawn before staff approval without a cancellation charge.
Confirmed bookings
The applicable cancellation window, deposit treatment, and refund terms are shared before confirmation. Apartment-specific or promotional rates may carry different terms.
Changes and no-shows
Date changes depend on availability and may change the quoted price. A no-show is handled under the terms attached to the confirmed booking.
