How does booking work?

Submit your preferred apartment, dates, and guest details. Our team reviews availability and sends confirmation and payment instructions directly.

Do I pay online?

Not at launch. We record cash and bank-transfer payments manually after a booking has been approved.

When is a stay confirmed?

A website request remains pending until staff recheck availability and send a confirmation. Pending requests do not block dates.

Stay

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Standard check-in begins at 3:00 PM and checkout is by 11:00 AM. Early arrival or late departure depends on availability.

Pricing

Are longer stays available?

Yes. Ask our reservations team about monthly and 28-night pricing for the apartment you prefer.

Can I change or cancel a request?

Contact reservations with your reference. Changes are subject to availability and the cancellation terms attached to your confirmed booking.
